I bought 2 of these rugs in 8x10. The first rug measured only 8x9, and the second one was indeed 8x10 as described. The borders are a bit off with color, but not enough to return them. I took a chance on these rugs because of the recycled material and made in USA. I cannot speak to their durability, but they look nice. My only worry is they are "printed" but I guess we will see. They have a nice gripper backing but I bought new rug pads to enhance the softness and feel underfoot.
