Just opened up the rug and it was torn like they cut it when they opened the box with a box cutter before delivering it.This was a great rug for our dining table. It helped to bring the room together. It is a low pile rug, hence the lack of softness, but that wasn't an issue, as we didn't want anything tall for under the dining table. It's more of an ivory color, rather than white, which I prefer. The rug is easy to clean, in fact, I've even cleaned tomato sauce stains from it. With the right carpet cleaner (Folex-found at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.), it's easy to maintain.I really liked the print and pattern of this rug. I bought it as a runner for my hallway. After laying the rug down, no matter what I did, it would NOT lay flat. It continued to stay rippled for more than a week. I even bought heavy duty rug stickers and it made no difference. So I gave up and sent it back.I am satisfied with my purchase. I love my rug. 8×10 rug under my queen size bed. My decor is a rustic geometric look and it fit perfectly.Besides the fact that it took a whole month to arrive.. it fits perfect. Beautiful. Feels soft and wasn't hard to flatten after unrolling.Lovely rug however, I ordered the navy color and received dark grey. On top of that, I was charged extra for the navy shade. Definitely frustrated that I will need to lug this huge rug to return. Would like to get this resolved.Love it!! Looks great with my furniture!The rug I received was good. But it was NOT the one I ordered. Returned!! Be sure to open yours when received to make sure it is the right one.
