It’s soft and a beautiful rug. Feels great under foot. The colors are true and blend well together.The rug is very attractive and the photo online gives an exact image of the rug. My only issue is the rug is very thin. Otherwise very good rug for the money! Colors are vibrant and blend well with my grey leather. The hues of grey, white/cream, red/burgundy and black are perfectly blended in the design. If it was a little thicker I would have given all 5s. Don't know about stain resistance. I have had it only 2 days.It matches my decore
