This is a quality rug. The rug was delivered on an extremely cold day and it still laid flat within a couple of hours. (Unlike other rugs we ordered and needed to be return after not laying flat for 7 days.) When delivered, the end of the rug was wrapped around a tube, so there was no edge that turned up that needed to be weighed down with heavy objects to keep from tripping over it. We just folded the edge under for a few minutes and it laid flat. The dark gray and ivory (very light) is beautiful and the design striking, especially under a dining table. It has a soft, plush feel and vacuums beautifully. This is our fourth EMORY rug. Love every one of them.
