Was very difficult getting an exchange when I received a dirty & damaged rug.It fits perfectly in my son’s room and the color is exactly as portrayed. It isn’t that soft to play on though. The material is extremely tough like it’s more suited for a mud room. I’d return it but I guess the tougher material will just hold up longer against my son.This is in my dining room, fits perfect and goes with everything very nicely. I followed the instructions for running cleaning with the vacuum exactly, which states clearly, do not use the rotor brush part of the vacuum. The reason is because it could eventually pick up little loops. First, the dining room is one of those rooms in my house that does not get much use, therefore the carpet is not abused. My carpet is now getting those little loops. For the price I paid for this I expected more. If this carpet was to go into a room with a lot of actual activity, then I would not recommend it at all.very soft nice weave. although the color is much lighter than its name implies and in person. The thick layer is quite foot friendly. will be using in kitchen on new flooring so the soft backing is a mustI used two rugs in my outdoor lanai area. They are perfect and easy to keep clean.This rug was a perfect replacement for our back door inside rug that was worn out! We love it!When the rug arrived, it laid flat. After a few months it is now all bumpy and wrinkling up. It won't lay flat anymore. It is in a room where we rarely walk; a formal room. Nobody has even stepped on it with shoes. So you'd think it would still look NEW after a few months. So disappointing because I paid so much $ for this rug.Very good quality, just what I needed. Exactly as advertised.Very happy with the mat. So much so, I wanted to order the round version but when I went to check, all other styles were unavailable and no indication they will be back in stock; very disappointed and will remember to check this type of availability, if I order anything similar from amazon again.
