Great rug and customer service. The rug has varying shades of pink and orange.This 8 ft square rug arrived with one end of the wrapping totally missing. Luckily this did not damage the item. However, I discovered after unrolling the rug, it had been first fanfolded and then rolled up afterwards before it was wrapped in plastic.This has created a huge problem in which there are now 8 separate buckles in the carpet that have to be dealt with! Folding backwards or in the opposite direction has not worked.I have spent 10 days rotating heavy books to these locations which run lengthwise 8 ft. Multiple this times 8 folds and you can imagine my frustration and the time involved with this! I estimate with continual rotation of books it could be another 6 to 8 weeks of this nonense.Even worse is that I am a senior that purchased this for a slippery tile floor in the breakfast room. I now am dealing with a tripping hazard for a protracted period of time as a result of the folds and the books!Regarding quality: it is a soft rug in neutral colors of cream, gray, brown, ecru, etc. It is quite thin... I estimate about 1/4 inch. It gives off strange shades in the evening due to a distinct oyster (silver with a sheen), color that dominates the rug. This would have been nice if it had shades of beige and cream instead of the silver.On the upside, the color and pattern can be rotated because it is different from each part of the square.For me, I dislike this rug and it will eventually serve as a rug padding under a sisal or jute rug. Horrible experience -- buyer beware.The rug is strongly effected by lighting. When I first took it out & laid it down I thought it was beautiful. Then I saw it in different lighting and it seemed dingey or almost dirty & started having regrets. BUT once I put my furniture in & decor thankfully, the color schemes worked well together & pulled out the shimmer again for me. Im once again seeing it as a beauty. But my lighting is very bright led daylight bulbs & I vacuum alot. I'm a freak for vac tracks & clean carpets. It is not cushy tho, silky yes, but no cush. If you need soft, I recommend buying a pad to go under.I'd purchased a smaller round rug in this pattern a year or more ago. It was very nice. Wanting to freshen up the living room, I decided to order this same pattern in the large rectangular size. It is an excellent quality rug and amazingly the colors are true to the former order! Well done manufacturer!Just arrived and it looks stunning. Still needs to lay flat for a bit to relax. Love the color. There is warm lighting in the room where the picture was taken. Under that light, teal is visible but not brash. Gray appears to be taupe.Update: I took another pic of the same rug in natural light. It is still beautiful. The color is like sand. The wrinkles in the rug flattened out nicely over night.Disappointing only had since January and I had to clean following directions now the nap is matted where I cleaned. It was a beautiful rug.UPDATE 12/16/21Been Almost a year I posted pics of the rug when I got it it was beautiful and after almost a year pic on right. Pile matted and shedding. Reached out to Amazon and was told to contact Mfg. Mfg told me to contact Amazon. No where to get any satisfaction.What an absolute waste of money. First of all it came rolled but was folded throughout the roll and has not relaxed at all after three days. I've had heavy boxes sitting on top of the creases but it's not laying down. And then there is the color. PINK!? The picture clearly shows some color - muted color but this is bright, hot pink right in the middle of the rug so it dominates the whole thing. Pink!#%! I would return it if I could. At this point I will likely give it away to someone that will just come get it. Extremely disappointed. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews - I should have listened.Size is not 3feet wide as advertised but only 31” in width
